Policies
Rental Policies:
Full payment, plus 10% occupancy tax and cleaning fee are due 45 days prior to arrival (60 days prior to arrival for holiday periods) unless the reservation is made within that period at which time the total amount is due within 10 days or upon arrival, whichever is sooner. Holiday rates upon request.
Deposits:
First nights reservation deposit due within 10 days of booking.
$1000.00 damage deposit due within 10 days of booking. $200.00 standard cleaning charge. In the event of rentals in excess of 10 days, we will offer to schedule an additional mid-stay cleaning to include fresh linens, towels, providing toilet paper and facial tissue.
Refunds:
In the event of a reservation cancellation more than 45 days priot to arrival, we reserve the right to retain one nights rate cancellation fee, 45-30 days prior - 50% of rental amount, 29-15 days prior - 75% of rental amount and 1-14 days prior - no refund. Adjustments to the cancellation policy will be made for holiday periods.
