Policies
Payment Options:
Traveler's Check, Cashiers/Registered Check, Personal/Business Check, Money Order, or Cash. A full refund will be given if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival. A 10% occupancy tax and cleaning fee will be added to nightly/weekly rates listed here. Holiday rates upon request.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you cancel l-29 days prior, there are no refunds, however, we would be happy to try & reschedule your visit within six months of your original reservation. We do not give refunds for early departures.
Deposits
Full payment is due a min. of 30 days prior. Holiday reservations must be paid in full a min. of 60 days prior. A credit card is required in lieu of a security damage deposit. We get an 'AUTHORIZATION ONLY' & would be used in case of excessive cleaning, missing or damaged items. Customer agrees to pay for any and all damages to property. The card is not charged unless there is a problem or damage to property.
